Removing Hand Warts

Posted by Walter on July 23rd, 2010
Many different types of warts that can affect different people at different times, one of the most popular types are hand warts. They are caused by the spread of the HPV virus. It usually appear in small clusters that will match the color of the skin, as well as in white or red in color.
There are two known strains of hand warts, flat and common, flat warts are true to their name and are completely flat. They can be found in clusters on someone’s hands and are quite small. Hand warts can be hard to live with which is why many doctors have created treatments to get rid of them.
The Do Nothing At All Treatment- leave it alone and let it fall off on its own and in its own time. Actually,  not a bad idea, though many people try to find another way around it. Doing nothing to it is usually used for young children. Different wart treatments can be painful to them and uncomfortable. In most cases the children’s body will recognize the signs that the wart is there and will work to fight it off. Usually within a month the wart will begin to disappear without the help of any treatment.
Over The Counter Treatment- many ointments and bandages that will get the job done. It is best to search for removers that are organic and will use oils from plants to help remove it. When you use these treatments the wart will begin to disappear within 2 to 6 weeks of treatment.
